Booking Terms and Conditions for Spire View Meadow Glamping Site:

Before confirming your booking with us please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the Site.

Payment Policy:

To ensure your booking payment in full is required at the time of the booking.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy:

• In the event of cancellation within 14 days of the arrival date we offer a full refund. Cancellation after this period; we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative date suitable to you, if we have the availability to do so.

• No-shows; we do not offer any refund.

 Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted in the cabins.

Fire Pits and Barbecues:

Please use these in the designated areas with the logs and fuel supplied.

Kite Flying:

Kite-flying is not permitted on the site due to the proximity of overhead lines.

Dogs:

Dogs are allowed on site and in some cabins. Maximum 2 dogs per cabin.

Vehicles:

Vehicles are not allowed on the grass. Please keep to the road and the parking areas provided.
Vehicles and their contents are parked on site at the owners’ own risk. The management will not accept liability for any accidents, damage or loss incurred.

Group Bookings:

Our 10 cabins can accommodate 30 people. Based on 2 sharing a double bed and 2 sharing the sofa bed. 5 of the cabins have sofa beds, 5 have sofas. 4 sharing is best suited to 2 adults and 2 children. We welcome bookings for groups and family gatherings. However, please be aware that we do not accept bookings for hen or stag parties.

Arrival/Departure procedure:

Generally our times are:
Arrivals from 3pm
Departures by 11am
However, specific arrangements can be made outside these times. Please contact us for further information.

Complaints Procedure:

We take all comments from our guests seriously and in the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint you can speak to us directly, contact us by telephone or e-mail and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to charge for any loss or damage to the pods or their contents to the debit/credit card used for booking.

Code of Conduct:

We expect all our visitors to respect and look after the Site and the pods you are staying in.

• We also require you to respect your fellow visitors and keep the noise levels to a minimum after 10.00pm.
• Parents/carers are responsible for their children and must supervise them at all times.
• Dog owners are responsible for the control of their pets and clearing up after them.

We understand that all users of our website are quite rightly concerned to know that their data will not be used for any purpose unintended by them, and will not fall into the hands of a third party.
